Delicious Food, drinks from the bar, seating inside the fish stand, seating outside at picnic tables, and seating in the bar. ATM inside the bar. They do not accept debit cards to pay for food and drinks.

After being out off state for over 10 years first thing I craved was Millstadt fish. I wasn't disappointed! If you go during quarantine it is take out only! No drinks, you can't eat there. It was worth it except they forgot extra Cole slaw. I had fish for breakfast. 😆 yummy!

The fish and burgers are my favorites here. I love fried fish and have tried many places in the area, and this is one of the best. Medium sized pieces with enough breading for flavor but not too much so you don't taste the fish.

We have been going here for decades. They closed a while back, but reopened, and everyone is glad they did. The fish fry is why we go. Friday thru Sunday, they sell fish and the place is busy! Simple menu with just a few choices, great food!

Great place to get fish. They give you a generous portion. It has a great flavor. You can sit inside or outside. If you don't want to go into the tavern to get your drinks they will get them for you. Great staff, very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our time there.

Stopped here for fish dinners. Used to come here 50+ years ago. Us kids would run around like banshees and our parents would sit and drink beer. Still good. Fish was amazing, slaw and fries very good also.

It's a Mueller family tradition to come this place. 30+ years running. They've made really great renovations in recent years and it's better than ever. It's my favorite place to eat fish ever

Great place for Friday fish dinners during Lent

Our second visit this year on a Friday night. The last time was during lent and that is a very busy time for a fish stand. We sat in the actual fish house/stand and I have to say we liked it much better. We both got the fish plate which is a simple menu. Fish on white or rye - french fry and slaw. If you're wanting cod this is not it.Otherwise not too bad - Recommended

Went for the first time today. Ordered a cheeseburger because it was before 3 when they started the fish. Cheeseburger was GREAT. Stayed long enough they brought a sample of the fish. We ended up ordering a pound of fish to snack on too. EXCELLENT. The owners were great and very hospitable. I'll be back for sure.

Awesome food and fast friendly service

Not anyones fault. Just picked a very busy night. It took a long time to get our food, but it was worth the wait.

Their fish is THE BEST classic, American fried fish. It's perfectly done, not greasy with the right amount of salt and flavor in the famous batter. It's just perfect. And the remodeling in the tavern is transforming the space, bringing back it's old charm with modern comforts. Great beer menu too. We had a wonderful time...party of 19 people and got our meals in about 15 minutes!

This is our friends and family’s favorite place to eat. We have tried fish at many other venues but keep returning to Ott’s because it’s simply the best around. Then there is the chili and burgers..yum! And the original recipe cole slaw is delicious as it has always been. Terry, the owner is very cordial and takes the time to make his rounds to meet all his customers and to make certain the food and service is great. Ott’s Tavern is a must visit. Try the fish and you’ll be hooked too!

Great place to eat and always hot and fresh.

This is the most disorganized restaurant I have been to in a number of years. I got there and set down at a table at 8 pm, There was only 2 other tables occupied besides mine. Other people came in and the waitress took my order last at about 8:20. I told her that I got their before the other people. Everybody else got their food and I am still waiting. I asked the waitress where is my food. She said she will check on it. After a few more minutes I walked over to the kitchen and asked the one in charge where was my food. It took about 45 minutes and the only reason I got my order as I had to go to the kitchen and find that they lost my original order.From where I was sitting I could see into the kitchen. For that 45 minutes I could see 5 or 6 people not doing anything - just standing around talking.

Some of the best fish I've had anywhere. Great atmosphere, really laid back place. It's very much worth it to go out of your way and grab some fish.
